Science and Engineering Fair Judge Registration and Helpful Information

Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 8:30am-1:30pm


  • 8:30am-9:00am: Welcome and Packet Pickup
  • 9:00am-10: 00 am: Orientation (Summary of competitions and awards, Judging, Suggested Questions, Fair and category descriptions, Project locations and school map, Score Sheet Review, Question and Answer)
  • 10:00am-1:00pm: Interactive Judging (students present)
  • 11:30am-1:30pm Lunch in Library

Awards Ceremony: 

Tuesday, December 4th, 2018 6:30pm-8:30pm

We need nearly 300 judges to provide feedback to our students. Our school fair is one of the largest of its kind
in the state of Texas and the nation and includes over 600 students presenting their scientific research.
