Grades and Attendance (Home Access Center)
Your username is your email address and your password is the temporary password you received by email. You will be required to change it the first time you log in. For directions on changing your password and how to set alerts within HAC, consult the Home Access Center Quick Start Guide.
Middle School and High School students can access HAC by using their student ID number (with the "s") as the username and their student password. If they do not know their student password, they can speak with the TSS or a teacher at their school.
To request a HAC account or report a problem, complete this online form and a technician will contact you via email or phone within two business days.
Due to data privacy concerns, some third-party "Apps" may not work with NISD's Home Access Center (HAC) (even if the app claims support). Northside can only provide help to those using the official HAC website.
NISD Mobile App
Parents are encouraged to download the free NISD Mobile App to stay connected with both Northside and their child's campus. Users will receive all district notifications, including notices about school closures and can choose which NISD campuses they want to follow. Notifications are sent to user's phones through a push notification.
District departments and campuses utilize School Messenger to send call outs, text messages, and e-mails with important information. School Messenger uses the contact information provided at registration. Parents needing to change contact information must do so at their child's school.
To set or change the way you receive notifications, including messages from transportation and child nutrition, sign in to School Messenger at go.schoolmessenger.com
(First-time users will be required to create an account and must have an email or phone number on file with a district campus.)
