7,500 seniors ready to graduate; ceremonies will be live webcast

Almost 7,500 seniors will don caps and gowns and collect their diplomas at one of 12 commencements being held for all Northside ISD high schools. The graduations will be streamed live on the Internet.  Just click the link on the front page of the NISD website on the days and times listed below to watch any of the graduations.

Future viewing of graduation ceremonies will be available at nisd.net.live. 

The graduation for Health Careers High School will be 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 1. It will be held at the Northside Sports Gym located at 8400 N. Loop 1604 W. There is no charge for parking.

All the other graduations will be held June 3 – June 6 at the Alamodome. The Alamodome (not NISD) charges $10 per car for parking. (They prefer a credit card when paying.) Handicapped parking is in Lot A. 

The Alamodome also has a clear bag policy. Visit the Alamodome website to learn more about what types of bags are allowed inside the Alamodome.

• Saturday, June 3 at 9:30 a.m. – Brennan HS
• Saturday, June 3 at 2 p.m. – Stevens HS
• Saturday, June 3 at 6:30 p.m. – Taft HS/Communications Arts HS

• Sunday, June 4 at 2 p.m. – Clark HS
• Sunday, June 4 at 6:30 p.m. – Jay HS/Jay Science & Engineering Academy

• Monday, June 5 at 9:30 a.m. – Harlan HS
• Monday, June 5 at 2 p.m. – Warren HS/Construction Careers Academy
• Monday, June 5 at 6:30 p.m. – Marshall HS/Marshall Law and Medical Services

• Tuesday, June 6 at 9:30 a.m. – O’Connor HS
• Tuesday, June 6 at 2 p.m. – Holmes HS/NSITE
• Tuesday, June 6 at 6:30 p.m. – Brandeis HS
