Mission Statement: Our mission is to foster lifelong learning and personal growth for all students through challenge and motivation in a secure, supportive environment. The Rawlinson Middle School community of faculty, staff, parents, and students will collaborate to ensure that every member becomes a proactive, productive citizen of the community.
She has been with Rawlinson since 2018. Prior to her Principalship, she was the Vice Principal at Hector Garcia Middle School and an Assistant Principal in Boerne ISD. She began her teaching career 19 years ago in San Antonio ISD and then spent many years teaching at Hobby Middle School in Northside.
Mrs. Mireles attended the University of Texas at San Antonio, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree. She then obtained her Master's degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University.
Mrs. Mireles believes in the importance of a positive campus culture and understands that staff, students and parents are key stakeholders in creating this. Mrs. Mireles believes that every student should feel connected to their school beyond the classroom. She and her staff work to connect every child to the right programs, clubs and organizations that have proven to be essential in their development.
During her free time, Mrs. Mireles enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Mr.Villela was born and raised in San Antonio and is a proud NISD Graduate of Business Careers High School. He began his teaching career in 2009 at San Antonio ISD and moved to Northside ISD in 2014. Mr. Villela spent 8 years at Pease Middle School teaching Math and Coaching. The last two years Mr. Villela served as the Assistant Principal at Anson Jones Middle School.
Mr. Villela attended the University of Texas at San Antonio, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Mr. Villela then obtained my Master of Education Degree in Administration from Lamar University.
Mr. Villela's core beliefs are simple: Every student deserves a safe and supportive learning environment where they can grow academically and socially. His mission is to ensure Rawlinson remains a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
In his free time, Mr. Villela enjoys camping, taking road trips, woodworking, and spending time with his wife, his two sons, and friends.

Mr. Rojas was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, building a distinguished career in education, marked by a deep commitment to student success and community engagement.
Mr. Rojas earned his degree in political science from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Rojas followed up with continuing his education earning a Masterโs Degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University.
Mr. Rojas spent the first ten years of his career as a high school American history teacher at Somerset High School and Southwest High School.
After a decade in the classroom, Mr. Rojas transitioned into administration, serving for six years at Harlandale High School. In this role, he played a pivotal part in shaping the school's academic and cultural environment, focusing on fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
Mr. Rojas also served one year as the principal of Carroll Bell Elementary School with Harlandale ISD, where he applied his extensive experience to lead with vision and compassion, ensuring a strong foundation for young learners. Outside of his professional life, Mr. Rojas enjoys playing guitar, diving into comic books, and spending quality time with his friends and family.
