Raba Elementary School Mission
At Raba, We Are Committed to Transforming the Learning Experience for ALL Students.
Raba Elementary School Vision
Every day, every student grows in confidence, curiosity, and capability in a diverse and multicultural society.
Here at Raba, we want to develop each childโs individual problem solving and critical thinking skills to turn them into lifelong learners. I strive to create a school culture where ALL staff members truly believe that ALL students can and will succeed. We use data to drive instruction and focus on the individual needs of each and every child. The data drives a RTI (Response to Intervention) class period where teachers differentiate their Math or Reading instruction in order to meet an individual students' needs who may excel or have difficulties in any core content. I am truly blessed to work with the best students, parents and staff.
At Raba we are:
Learning Today and Leading Tomorrow!!!
The Associate Principal also serves as the Campus Behavior Coordinator. They can be reached by email at cole.bader@nisd.net or by phone at 210-397-1365.
Welcome to Raba Elementary!
My name is Cole Bader and I am the proud Associate Principal at Raba.
I have a bachelorโs degree in All Level Special Education from Texas State University at San Marcos and a masterโs degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
This will be my ninth year in Northside. Prior to joining the Raba family, I was a Special Education Coordinator and Collaborative Teacher at Mary Hull Elementary.
Our students at Raba are my top priority, and I believe in the ability and potential of every student to learn. It is my belief that our children of today are our leaders of tomorrow. I will strive daily to ensure academic achievement while providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. I am here to support and serve the students, teachers, and the school community.
Parents and community volunteers, we welcome and encourage your involvement and participation in our school. As always, please feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns, or suggestions.
Go Rattlers!
Mr. Bader
