I am a wife and mother of two girls, who are my world. Currently, one of my daughters attends Mireles Elementary. I love to see her in the hallway, playground and learning in the classroom. I have high expectations for both of my daughtersโ education, as I do for all of the students at JAM. The faculty and staff are truly a family with one goal, the growth of our students. Our Mission Statement is โJudge Andy Mireles Elementary is dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment with high expectations through teamwork. My name is Oscar Jimenez, and I was born and raised here in San Antonio. I am married to an amazing NISD Teacher and have four beautiful children. As an undergraduate, I attended Our Lady of the Lake University and graduated with a B.S in Education with a specialization in Special Education. For my masters program, I attended Texas A&M University at San Antonio and graduated with a Masters degree in Educational Administration. During my 20 years of working at NISD schools, I have had the privilege of working as a Special Education, 3rd Grade, and 4th Grade Teacher. I look forward to serving our amazing community as the Associate Principal of Mireles Elementary School!
