Principal of Hatchett Elementary
Adam Bock - Principal
Mr. Bock would like to welcome you to the Hatchett Hurricane Family! Mr. Bock, is the Principal at Hatchett Elementary. He is in his 13th year at Hatchett and in his 22nd year in education. Through his years in education, he has held the positions of 5th grade teacher, Science Academic Support Teacher, Vice Principal and now principal.

Texas is not the state in which he was born in, but he knew that he wanted to live somewhere warm, and San Antonio is definitely a great place for warm weather. he was born and raised in Iowa and attended the University of Northern Iowa for college. Completing his student teaching in Northside was the "hook" for wanting him wanting to stay in San Antonio.

He enjoys spending time with his wife and dog as well as watching/playing sports. The Iowa Hawkeyes are his team to root for in all college sports. Being active outside is also a hobby of his.
Associate Principal Hatchett Elementary

Hello Hatchett Hurricanes! My name is Jennifer Cook, and I am the new Associate Principal of Hatchett Elementary.

Originally, I am from the small town of Laurelville, Ohio. After moving to San Antonio in 1997, I joined Northside ISD in 2001 as a Special Education teacher at Holmgreen Center. I’ve had the privilege and honor to serve several Northside ISD campuses, Holmgreen Center (special education teacher), Hoffmann ES (BMC teacher), Los Reyes ES (BMC, Co-teacher, SE Coordinator), Briscoe MS (SE Coordinator), and now Associate Principal at Hatchett.

I have 2 children that keep me busy outside of work with band and theater activities. I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, Camp Gladiator, and running. I am beyond thrilled to be a part of the Hatchett family and look forward to continuing to build relationships with the students, staff, parents, and community members.
