Harlan is hosting its first annual Advanced Placement information night for families of current AP students on September 25th, 2019 from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.The purpose of this event is to provide Harlan families with information about what the expectations are for the AP program, as well as the support that is provided to students. We will also be available to help families register for the AP exam that evening (please bring a credit/debit card in order to complete the exam registration process).
When: September 19, 2019 6:00 Pm - 7:30 Pm
Where: General Meeting In Auditorium At 6:00 Pm. Doors Open At 5:30 Pm.
Parents Will Have An Opportunity To Meet Harlan Teachers.

Senior students enrolled in Northside ISD are eligible to take the College Board SAT Free of Charge being administered at their Northside ISD High School campus on Wednesday, October 16, 2019.
Students wishing to participate must:
- provide the completed registration form
- submit completed registration form to the Counselor’s Secretary in the Counseling Office
- show photo ID on testing day (preferably government-issued license or ID)
Deadline for registration is Thursday, September 12th

The SAT test date for NISD seniors is Wednesday, October 16, 2019. All students classified as Grade 12 will test at their high school campus beginning that morning. Students should bring a photo ID, pencils and may bring a calculator.

John Marshall Harlan High School, the District’s 11th comprehensive high school, will open in August 2017 and is being built with funds from the voter-approved School Bond 2014.
