In our community, there is an opportunity for community members to put forward nominations for individuals who could potentially become namesakes for elementary and middle schools, as well as for special facilities. The naming of all new Northside Independent School District schools and facilities is governed by Northside ISD Board Policy CW (Local): NEW FACILITIES.
It is important to note that all nominations received will be kept on file for a duration of one year from the date of submission. This allows for future reference and deliberation. Should you require additional information or have any inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us at (210) 397-8770. This process exemplifies our commitment to involving the community in the significant task of naming educational institutions, fostering a sense of collective ownership and pride in our schools and facilities.

- Names previously assigned to such facilities shall remain in use.
- The online form must be used to submit a nomination.
