Students who choose to attend CCA are guaranteed a challenging, rigorous and enjoyable education experience.   Students will have the opportunity to select from one of six core strands.  Students can major in Carpentry (Also Known As Construction Technology); dual major in Electrical & HVAC (Also known as A/C & Heating); triple major in Plumbing, Piplefitting & Welding; major in Construction Management; major in Architectural Design;  or major in Applied Engineering.     

During their freshman year all students take Principles of Construction.  This course serves as a prerequisite and provides students with foundation experience for each of the six strands.  It provides an overview to the various fields of architecture, interior design, construction science, and construction technology.
