Langley Student Council Shines

STUDENT COUNCIL

Student Council is an organization of elected 4th and 5th graders who meet twice a month after school. These students assist in the school as needed and conduct 3-4 service projects a year. These service projects have included food, book, toy, and sheet drives to help various organizations help the less fortunate. In addition, members of student council raise funds and participate in the beautification of Langley Elementary. Such activities involve selling Valentine’s Day Ducks, Super Lobo Contest, trash pickup, weeding, spreading mulch, and trimming plants in our Lobo Courtyard.
