Sotomayor Social Studies

Welcome to our Sotomayor Social Studies page. Social Studies classes are concerned with the study of social relationships and the functioning of society and are made up of courses in history, government, economics, sociology, and geography.

We offer many upper level courses that provide the opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school. We also offer a UIL Social Studies and Current Events club to provide students opportunities to explore Social Studies.
