Now, as the new Academic Dean, I will be here for our students and their families to help them with any challenges they may encounter throughout this year. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University- WHOOP! , and have my Masterโs Degree in Education. On a personal note, I have been happily married for 20 years now and we have 3 amazing boys. We are a true Northside family; my husband is a counselor with Northside and all three of our children attend Northside schools. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.

My name is Tamara Campbell-Babin and I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at Pease Middle School. In this role, I will embody our mission statement to encourage and inspire every life-long learner in our community.
My family lineage is outlined with a number of educators, thus my passion in this profession is innate. While serving in the USAF, I earned my Bachelor's degree from University of Texas Health and Science Center and my Masters in Education at Walden University. Since being hired in 2001, I have served as an ALE Teacher, a District Support Specialist, and an Administrative Intern. Throughout the course of my career, it remains evident the importance of building meaningful relationships throughout the learning community. My experience has given me the empathy necessary to create equitable opportunities for all students. The latter can only be accomplished after ensuring all needs of all persons are met.
Northside ISD has been an integral part of my professional and personal life. Both of my daughters are products of NISD, my eldest being employed through the district. While away from campus, I spend quality time with family, friends and my two grandgirls.
I look forward to celebrating student and campus success at Pease. Be encouraged to conquer challenges with confidence!
- 210-397-2950brian.pfeiffer@nisd.netBryan Karl PfeifferAssistant Principal
My name is Brian Karl Pfeiffer and I am the Assistant Principal at Pease and Jones Middle School. This will be my 15th year in Education. I taught 7th grade math for 8 years, then I was a Math Instructional Coach for one year, and now this will be my 6th year as an Assistant Principal. As a math teacher at New Braunfels Middle School, my goal was to make math fun. My teaching philosophy is that if students are active participants in a fun, engaging lesson, they will be more open to learning. As an administrator, my goal has become broader - let's make education fun! I want to help create a school community where teachers and students take pride in their school and education while having fun! I married my college sweetheart and we have three children who all go to Northside schools. When I am not at school or with my family, I am running. I have run over 200 half marathons, 18 marathons, and 8 ultra marathons. If you see me running, be sure to say hi!
