Welcome to OHT STEM Lab!
In our S.T.E.M. lab, students learn and explore Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics concepts through hands-on inquiry and various daily challenges. We are preparing children for the 21st century by encouraging students to be creative and critical thinkers who are technology literate and passionate about problem-solving. Children are encouraged to take risks and design innovative solutions to everyday problems using the Engineering Design Process.
In the STEM lab, teamwork is essential and students collaborate and communicate ideas effectively which includes giving and receiving constructive feedback. Our OHT Owls understand the importance of having a growth mindset, and they are learning to see failure as an opportunity to improve and dream bigger!
