Our annual sock hop is a time honored tradition at Helotes! Each grade level does their own dance, led by our Coach.
Rodeo Roundup
We celebrated Texas history at our Rodeo Roundup. We learned about raising and caring for animals from OCHS students, horse care and barrel racing, all about Sam Houston from Bill Perryman, and what life was like for cowboys in early Texas from the Witte. We also saw some awesome trick roping from Kevin Fitzpatrick. We made butter, played games, and danced to some classic country songs. Just another great day at Helotes Elementary!
