- Nov. 18, 2024 - Online Application opens
- Jan. 21, 2025 - Deadline to submit applications closes
- Jan. 31, 2025 - Acceptance/waitlist letters mailed
- Feb. 7, 2025 - Commitment Letters Due Back to Campus
District Magnet Fairs:
- Monday, December 2, 2024: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm at NISD Sports Gym 8400 N. Loop 1604 W., in the Dub Farris Athletic Complex
- Monday, December 9, 2024: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm at the Paul Taylor Field House, 7001 Culebra Road
Campus Open House:
- Monday, December 16, 2024: HCHS tour for Prospective Students, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm, at Health Careers High School
- Saturday, January 11, 2025: HCHS tour for Prospective Students, 10:00 am – 11:30 am, at Health Careers High School
- Thursday, January 16, 2025: HCHS tour for Prospective Students, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm, at Health Careers High School
