Dear Falcon Families,
Welcome back to an exciting new school year! I hope you are enjoying a restful and enjoyable summer break with your loved ones. As we look forward to the start of a new school year, I wanted to share some exciting updates and express my gratitude for the warm welcome I received from the Fields community when I joined the Falcon family last spring. Your support and kindness have made my transition smooth and enjoyable. I am honored to be part of such a vibrant and caring community, and I am excited to continue working together to support our students’ success this school year.
Our teachers have been hard at work preparing for a fantastic year ahead. From organizing classrooms to planning engaging lessons, we are committed to creating a positive and enriching environment for all our students. At Fields, we firmly believe that when staff, parents, and the community collaborate, we can achieve great things for the success of all our students. Our commitment is to not only nurture academic growth but also to prepare students for their futures. Our staff is dedicated to fostering an environment where every Falcon can become a Creator, Collaborator, Communicator, Critical Thinker, Leader, Learner, Innovator, and Solution Finder.
This year, one of our main goals is to improve our schoolwide attendance rate from 93.3% to 94.4% for all students. Consistent attendance is key to academic achievement and overall growth. To help achieve this goal, we will be providing incentives and creating a fun, engaging atmosphere for our students. We believe that with your support and encouragement, we can reach this target and ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive.
