Northside ISD is excited to begin major renovations at your neighborhood school, Colonies North Elementary School!

RENOVATIONS INCLUDE:
- Construction of a new school cafeteria and gym
- Replacement of multiple classrooms
- Incorporation of all district safety & security standards
➤ Why Are We Renovating?
The voter-approved School Bond 2022 allocated $25 million to enhance and modernize the learning environment at the 58-year-old Colonies North ES.
➤ When Will It Happen?

MONDAY, JUNE 10, 2024
★ ANTICIPATED COMPLETION
AUGUST 2025
Additional Information:
During construction, some classrooms will be relocated to portable buildings. The District has taken all necessary safety & security precautions, including the addition of perimeter fencing.
Updates for Colonies North ES families will be provided later this summer. Information will include:
- Drop-off & pick-up maps
- Bus procedures
- Safety precautions for students and staff
