TRANSITIONING: An informal discussion for
parents with students of Special Needs.
 
Parents of 5th grade students with special needs going to 6th grade, 8th grade students with special needs going to 9th grade and 12 grade students with special needs considering community college in San Antonio are invited to join us for table talk.
