We had our first PAWS 4 Technology Night and it was a great success! Thanks to all the parents and teachers that attended and helped. Everyone had a great time learning about the cool technology that goes on at Scarborough. One of the things we hope to purchase next year is our very own set of iPad Minis. QR Codes are a very powerful resource and gets the children super excited about learning and we saw so many parents scanning and scanning. Check out all the pictures from this most sucessful night! We can't wait until next year!!!
This 3rd grade class went the extra mile as they created this fantastic video to understand the metric system. Sometimes it can be alittle tough, but they made it fun, knowledgeable and creative. Check them out!!!
On Wednesday, April 16, Ms.Baker's fifth grade class had an awesome celebration. Their hard work was recognized, and they even got to play some fun games. Each student received a T-shirt, and the students that completed 30 or more lessons received an additional recognition and a certificate. These fabulous fifth grade students worked together as a team to complete one thousand lessons on TTM (Think Through Math)! This class is the first one at Scarborough Elementary to do this. Keep up the great work fifth graders!
