The 5th grade classes have been preparing for this year’s trip to watch the San Antonio Symphony live in concert at Trinity University. This year’s theme is Viva Espana. Students were asked to pick one of the pieces that they will be listening to at the concert to inspire an art project of their choice. All 5th graders spent their time in music and art planning and working on their projects. Submissions were sent in to the city wide contest and three of our artists were chosen to represent our school. 1st Place Juliet Rangel; 2nd Amber Borrego; 3rd Yesenia Sandoval.
