Remember! Logging onto the online training systems is no different than logging onto the MyNISD Portal. Please follow these simple troubleshooting tips:
- Make sure you are entering your full employee number - do not leave any characters out
- Your password is case sensitive; be sure you do not have CAPS lock on

Any further issues need to be addressed with the Help Desk. The department of Teaching & Learning cannot reset passwords.
