212 Service - The 10 Rules for Creating a Service Culture
At 211º, water is hot. At 212º, it boils. With boiling water comes steam and steam can power a locomotive. The one extra degree makes the difference. This training reflects the ultimate definition of excellence. The one extra degree of effort can separate the good employees from the great. Participants will learn the 10 Rules of creating a service culture and how to incorporate the concepts in their daily work environment thus becoming more motivated, engaged, in your work and to the families you serve as well as clients and colleagues.

APTT - Academic Parent Teacher Teams
APTT is a research and evidence-based family engagement framework and best practice that aligns grade level learning skills, student performance data, and family-teacher communication and collaboration in order to inform and enrich the way families support learning at home. Academic Parent Teacher Teams are a new way of doing parent/teacher conferences!

  • Families receive information, tools, and strategies to support learning
  • High expectations for teachers and families; and
  • There are measurable outcomes!

Let's talk about policies, compacts, and how it might look within your district/campus documents. We will explore best practices as well as provide samples, ideas, strategies, and skills you can utilize to bring your compacts to life. Bring your existing School-Parent Compact and Campus/District Parent Involvement Policies so that we can work through the elements with colleagues.
