Parents are reminded to complete the registration process

Group of children holding school supplies
July 19, 2019

This year, Northside implemented an online registration process. As a part of this new process, Priority Registration (elementary campuses) and Personal Data Verification (secondary campuses) began this past spring.

Beginning the week of July 22, letters will be mailed home for any student who has not yet completed either the priority registration or the personal data verification.
It is critical that this registration process be completed prior to the start of the school year as campuses will not be able to place a child on a class list at the
elementary level and will not be able to allow secondary students to complete prep days or receive a schedule until this process has been completed.

Instructions for completing the registration process will be included in the letter along with the student’s unique snap code. Below are instructions for current NISD students:

Go to: nisd.net/student-registration.
Click on “Registration for Current NISD Students”
If you have done this for another student, you will use your login and the student’s snap code listed at the top right-hand corner of the letter.
If you have not set up an account, you will be asked to do so and use the
same snap code provided in the letter.

If you are not returning to NISD for the 2019-2020 school year, we ask that you do one of the following:

  1. Go online and answer the first question to indicate that you are not returning to NISD.
  2. Contact your child’s campus after July 24, 2019 and inform them you will not be returning.

We appreciate your attention to this matter in completing the required registration needed for your child prior to the start of school. If you need assistance and/or access to a computer, please contact your school. Our elementary and middle school offices will open July 24, 2019. Our high school offices are currently open during summer operating hours through August 2, 2019.
