You know it is almost Fiesta time when groups start showing off their medals (or shoes!) and NISD schools and departments have quite a few medals available for purchase this year.

Allen Elementary School: The 2019 Allen Elementary School Fiesta medal is available for $10 in the front office during regular school hours. The design features the school’s Eagle mascot.

Brandeis High School: The Brandeis High School band is selling Fiesta medals for $10 each. They’re available for purchase in the band hall and cash or check is accepted.

Braun Station Elementary School: Braun Station Elementary School Fiesta medals are available for $10 each and feature the school’s bobcat mascot.

Burke Elementary School: The Burke Elementary School Student Council is selling Fiesta medals for $8 each. They’re on sale in the school’s front office.

Cable Elementary School: this year’s Cable Elementary School Fiesta medal celebrates the school’s 60th birthday. They’re on sale for $7 each in the school office.

Clark High School: The Clark High School Air Force Junior ROTC Parent Support Group is selling medals for $10 each. To order a medal, email clarkhspsg@gmail.com.

Cody Elementary School: The 2019 Cody Elementary School Fiesta medal was designed by art teacher Sally Salazar. Medals are $7 each and available at the school’s office.

Cole Elementary School: Cole Elementary School is selling their 2019 Fiesta medals for $5 each on Friday mornings in front of the school cafeteria.

Howsman Elementary School: Howsman Elementary School medals are on sale for $10 each at the school. The design features the school’s eagle mascot surrounded by a wreath of crayons.

Jordan Middle School: The inaugural Jordan Middle School Fiesta medal celebrates the school’s 25th Anniversary and features both the original mascot and newly redesigned Jaguar. They’re on sale in the front office for $8 each.

Knowlton Elementary School: 2019 Knowlton Elementary School Fiesta medals are available for $5 each in the school office, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays.

Krueger Elementary School: The Krueger Elementary School Fiesta medal features the Cavalier mascot wearing a sombrero. They’re on sale for $8 each and proceeds benefit classroom enrichment.

Lieck Elementary School: The inaugural Lieck Elementary School Fiesta medal was designed by 5th grader Mariana Sanchez. A limited supply is available in the front office from 7:15 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays. They cost $7 each.

Marshall High School: The Marshall High School Ram Band is selling Fiesta medals for $8 each. E-mail president@johnmarshallramband if interested in purchasing. The medal features the first Marshall Band trailer and honors the alumni, students, parents, families, and sponsors who donated to the fundraising campaign.

Martin Elementary School: The Martin Elementary School Fiesta medal was designed by fifth grader Valeria Carrion. Medals are available for $8 each or two for $10 and can be purchased in the school library.

Murnin Elementary School: The Murnin Elementary School Fiesta medal features the Mariner school logo. They are on sale at the school for $5 each.

Northwest Crossing Elementary School: Northwest Crossing Elementary School Fiesta medals are on sale for $5 each. They’re available in the front office, from 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. on weekdays. The design features the school’s cardinal mascot.

Northside Police Department: The Northside Police Department is selling a Fiesta medal for the first time. They’re $10 each and the design features a paw print in honor of the department’s K9 Alice. They’re available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at PD headquarters or by calling 210-397-5650.

Ott Elementary School: Ott Elementary School is selling Fiesta medals for $6 in the front office. The medal design celebrates 15 years of success at Ott ES.

Rhodes Elementary School: Rhodes Elementary School Fiesta medals are available for $7 each at the school and all proceeds benefit student programs. The design features the Raptor mascot’s talons.

Steubing Elementary School: The 2019 Steubing Elementary School Fiesta medal honors first responders. The theme is “1st grade supports 1st responders.” Medals are on sale for $10 each in the school office.

Northside School Museum Association: And finally, the Northside School Museum Association is selling limited-edition Fiesta medals for the ninth year in a row. The medal was designed by Jasmine Singh, a freshman at Clark HS. Contact the Partnerships Office at 210-397-8580 or stop by the Museum located at the Northside Learning Center, 6632 Bandera Road, Building A. Medals are $10 each.
