NISD athletes to play in All-Star Game

Seventeen NISD athletes were selected to play in the 2017 San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game.

Players representing 60 high schools have been chosen for the game which will showcase top local high school players. The game will be played immediately following the 2017 U.S. Army All-American Bowl on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2017 at the Alamodome. 

Players were nominated by their high school coaches and chosen by a selection committee.

The San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game, presented by H-E-B, will feature players that are committed to play for some of the top universities in the country as well as players looking for an additional chance to impress college scouts. 

Tickets are available at the Alamodome Box Office and through for $20.
