Chumbley inducted into Business Careers High School Hall of Fame

May 25, 2016

M’Lissa Chumbley, Vice President of the NISD Board and Trustee since 1995, is a recipient of the Mentor Hall of Fame Award from Business Careers High School.

Chumbley has been a mentor at the school for the past nine years. She has mentored several students throughout the years and has kept in contact with them after high school graduation, and even attended many of their college commencements. She serves as a mentor from USAA.

The Mentor Hall of Fame was established in 2013 to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to mentoring at the magnet school. Honorees have their names displayed on a perpetual plaque in the school’s main office.

Pictured with Chumbley is her mentee from last year, Adrianna Ezell.
