January 6, 2016

Seventeen NISD athletes were selected to play in the 2016 San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game.

Warren High School head coach Bryan Dausin will coach the West squad in the game.

Here are Taft athletes Camron Davis and Christian Mallard receiving their All-Star jerseys from SA Sports' Tony Benke.

Players representing 54 high schools have been chosen for the game which will showcase top local high school players. The game will be played immediately following the 2016 U.S. Army All-American Bowl on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016 at the Alamodome.

Players were nominated by their high school coaches and chosen by a selection committee.

Here are Stevens athletes Elijah Garcia and Elijah Earls receiving their All-Star jerseys.

The San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game, presented by H-E-B, will feature players that are committed to play for some of the top universities in the country as well as players looking for an additional chance to impress college scouts.

Tickets are available at the Alamodome Box Office and through Ticketmaster.com for general admission and reserved seats (see graphic below for discounted ticket information). One ticket serves as admission for both the U.S. Army All-American Bowl and the San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game.
