· Jay HS: adding color to their courtyard by planting a flower bed, pulling weeds, and adding mulch.
· Jones MS: repainting the cougar in the front courtyard and a cleanup of the cement benches and other areas in the front of the school.
· Cable ES: adding stepping stones, benches and tables for the garden area that was building at last year’s event.
Parents Step Ahead (PSA) and Nissan/San Antonio partnered with NISD for the community service day to encourage families to be active participants in their schools.
