Northside Story Fest will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4 at Marshall High School, 8000 Lobo Lane.
The free family event is geared toward elementary students and will include storytellers, national and local authors, a book fair, photo opportunities with book characters, face painting, games, and more. Attendees will also be able to sign up for San Antonio Public Library cards.
“This is a great opportunity for our younger readers to meet authors, listen to stories, purchase books, play games, and further develop their love of reading,” says Lead Library Specialist Jessica Lilly-Hughes.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
