NAMS Celebrates 20 Years of Service to the Community

On October 10, staff from Northside Alternative Middle School, both past and present, came together to celebrate a milestone.  In August of 1996, the building formerly known as West San Antonio Heights School, located at 5223 Blessing St., was reopened as Northside Alternative Middle School.  During its first year of operation, NAMS, as it came to be known, served students who had committed drug or alcohol offenses at their school.
