We are very pleased to announce that we will be having a bike rodeo on Friday November 8, 2013. All students are encouraged to participate and parents are welcome to watch! Any students who have parental permission to participate will be allowed to compete for an award. Students with training wheels will be allowed to participate however, they will not be able to compete for an award. Students will be competing for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards and all participants will receive a participation ribbon. Permission slips are due no later than Thursday, November 7th.
Awards Ceremony will be held during each grade levels time block once all participants have taken their turn.
Students that will be participating will need to have their bikes at school between 7:00 & 7:30 a.m. the day of the bike rodeo. Bikes must be taken to the back of the gym, where they will remain until it is time for the student to compete. Please make sure all bikes have a lock, Villarreal Elementary is not responsible for any theft, or damages. Bikes must be picked up before 3:00 p.m. So come on out and support all the riders!
