..... Project LEAP (Life Education Advancement Program) is an independent living program developed by the staff of the Reddix Centerto provide training necessary for our students to achieve community independence. An apartment on the grounds of Methodist Mission Home is available for the students to learn a variety of skills for working, living, and playing in the community. They are given the opportunity to clean, furnish, paint, and decorate the apartment inside and out. They also maintain it on a daily basis as a part of their school program. |
||
| .....The project's goal is to provide the maximum level of independent living training, as well as the opportunity for our students to become productive individuals in society. |
