These settings provided maximum structure in the school environment. There is a high staff to student ratio with a strict adherence to schedules and visual supports. School aged students are taught functional academic skills based upon their grade level curriculum
The goal for the school-aged students in these classrooms is to give them the skills to return to their home campus with neighborhood peers. The post-high students' goal is to gain the skills necessary to be active members of their community.
