Partnership Recognition Nomination

Campuses should submit four (4) nominations, one in each category or one more in the same category. Check the button indicating the appropriate category. Judges will correct category placement if needed.

Outstanding Mentor/Individual: Recognizes an outstanding mentor or individual who works directly with students, teachers, and/or schools in a manner positively impacting student achievement.

Outstanding Partnership Program: Recognizes an outstanding campus or district-wide program involving a partnership with a business or community group. (i.e. parental involvement program, mentor program).

Outstanding Business or Community Organization: Recognizes a business or community group working directly with students, teachers, schools on a one-time or ongoing basis.

Outstanding Mentor, Parental Involvement, or Partnerships Coordinator: NISD employee or business or community person whose job (paid or unpaid) is managing school/business partnerships, mentor or parent volunteer programs.
