The undefeated Brennan Bears beat Leander Rouse, 30 to 7, to advance to the State 4A Semifinals. They will play next Friday (Dec. 13) at 7:30 pm at Reliant Stadium in Houston against Houston Stratford.
NISD will hold its sixth annual Winter (Dance) Spectacular on Wednesday, Dec. 11 at Brennan High School. The event kicks off the Fine Arts Holiday Music Series.

Brennan High School (12-0) will play Victoria West (9-3) on Saturday, Nov. 30 beginning at 2 pm at Heroes Stadium. Brennan tickets will be on sale at Brennan High School Monday and Tuesday (Nov. 25-26) from 10 am until noon. Pre-sale tickets are $7 for adults and $4 for students. All tickets at the gate are $8. All tickets for Brennan are general admission.
Brandeis, Brennan, O'Connor, and Warren high schools are headed to the second round of the football playoffs Friday, Nov. 22 and Saturday, Nov. 23. Each team won their bi-district playoff games this past weekend.
