6,000 seniors ready to graduate; ceremonies live webcast!

May 13, 2013

In less than a month, more than 6,000 seniors will don caps and gowns and collect their diplomas at one of 12 commencement ceremonies being held for all comprehensive high schools, Health Careers High School, and the Reddix Center.

Construction Careers High School at Warren High School will hold its first commencement ceremonies with almost 75 graduates in its first graduating class.

Those wanting a keepsake of this event, or any of the Northside ISD’s graduation ceremonies, can do so by purchasing a professionally-produced DVD of the complete graduation ceremony online.   DVDs cost $18 plus a $1.75 handling fee per transaction.

In addition, all of the graduation ceremonies will be streamed live on the Internet. Anyone who wants to watch a graduation ceremony live can click on the link on the front page of the NISD website under "Announcements" at the days and times listed below.

The Reddix Center graduation will be held at 7 p.m. June 5 at Paul Taylor Field House, and the graduation ceremony for the Health Careers High School will be 7 p.m. June 6, also at the Paul Taylor Field House.

Graduation ceremonies for the District's comprehensive high schools will be held June 11-June 15 at the Alamodome. The Alamodome (not NISD) charges $10 per car for parking.
