Jay JROTC instructor invited to teach students in Singapore

Jay HS JROTC instructor Master Sgt. Ken Madden was invited to travel to Singapore in December to teach students from around the country the basics of drill in Singapore's National Cadet Program. He was also selected by the Air Force JROTC leadership to head up development of an Air Force National Drill Team Championship.
