Eighteen high school students were selected to the Texas Music Educator’s Association All-State Band, Choir, Orchestra or Jazz Ensemble. This selection is the highest individual music award to be given a student participating in Texas public school music education. Their selection culminated with the performance of each all-state ensemble at the state conference held in San Antonio last week. The students are:
