A record number of NISD graduates to cross the stage

April 20, 2012

In just over a month, almost 6,100 seniors will don caps and gowns and collect their diplomas at commencement ceremonies being held for Northside's 11 high schools and The Reddix Center.

Brennan High School will hold its first commencement ceremonies with 433 graduates in its first graduating class.

Those wanting a keepsake of this event, or any of the Northside ISD’s graduation ceremonies, can do so by purchasing a professionally-produced DVD of the complete graduation ceremony online.   DVDs cost $18 plus a $1.75 handling fee per transaction.

In addition, all of the graduation ceremonies will be streamed live on the Internet. Anyone who wants to watch a graduation ceremony live can click on the link on the front page of the NISD website under "Announcements" at the days and times listed below.

The Reddix Center graduation will be held at 7:30 p.m. May 29 at Paul Taylor Field House, and the graduation ceremony for the Health Careers High School will be 7:30 p.m. May 30, also at the Paul Taylor Field House.
