JMHS Tardy Policy
2009-2010

~ Tardy roundup is the 1st ten minutes of each class period. All tardy students will report to the Rotunda for an admit to class.

~ Students not in class or the Rotunda within the 1st ten minutes of each period will be considered truant

~ Any student who is habitually tardy to 1st period and the period after his/her lunch is subject to having parking and/or senior lunch privileges revoked.

The following is a list of consequences for tardies (Per Nine Weeks):

3RD TARDY

OVERNIGHT SUSPENSION

4TH TARDY

LUNCH DETENTION
(No 9th graders, AM/PM only)

5TH TARDY

2 LUNCH DETENTIONS
(No 9th graders, AM/PM only)

6TH TARDY

PM D-HALL (M & W)

7TH TARDY

SIX OR MORE TARDIES WILL LEAD TO PROGRESSIVELY MORE SEVERE CONSEQUENCES BASED UPON ADMINISTRATOR DISCRETION.
