Grandparents' Breakfast was a big hit last week at Lewis Elementary! We had grandparents join us from all over the country. Pictured above are kinder student, Aislinn, and her grandparents who drove in all the way from New Mexico for our annual event.

Congratulations to the Lewis Teachers of the Year for the 2013-2014 school year. Mrs. Joan Moss, one of our fabulous 1st grade teachers is the Lewis Elementary Educator of the Year. Terrific 3rd grade teacher, Mrs. Melissa Alvarez, is the Lewis First Year Educator of the Year and our wonderful ECT, Mrs. Gina Gonzalez, is the Lewis Assistant of the Year. (read more)

March 3-7, 2014 was Young Authors' Week. At Lewis we celebrated with many different activities. All week long 4th grade students shared original writing with the rest of the school during morning announcements. (read more)

The Cowoboy Breakfast will take place on February 6th and 7th. Families with last names starting with the letters A-L are invited to come on Thurday. Then on Friday families with last names
