Students in the fashion design class at Stevens HS had an opportunity to “go green” and participate in the fifth annual Avant Garde Going Green Fashion Show, held at the Texas A&M University’s Educational & Cultural Arts Center (formerly Museo Alameda) in downtown San Antonio.

All garments were created from recycled materials. In fact, one of the dresses was made from potato chip bags collected from the school cafeteria.
