Local teen shares anti-bullying message

Presley Elena Rae Price, a sophomore at Brandeis HS, will represent San Antonio at the Miss Texas Outstanding Teen 2013 Pageant.

Presley is an honor student, an athlete, and an advocate for anti-bullying, her chosen platform for the pageant. She visits elementary schools and youth organizations promoting Teens Against Bullying, focusing on building confidence among the youth.

Recently she visited Aue JES to share her anti-bullying message. Pictured with her are Aue ES counselors Marsha Hobbs and Melody Pena, and her sponsor Sandra Peter.

Miss America’s Outstanding Teen pageant, which is a scholarship—based program is the younger sister pageant of the Miss America competition. It promotes scholastic achievement, creative accomplishment, healthy living, and community involvement.
