Northside Education Foundation Grants are available to any Northside ISD employee.  Northside Education Foundation competitive grants are awarded to fund innovative projects or programs.  In its history, the foundation has awarded TEAM grants of up to $10,000, mini grants of up to $500 and innovation grants of up to $1,000 for programs ranging from technology for elementary publishing programs to leadership development in secondary school clubs and organizations.

Northside Education Foundation Grants help to enhance Northside students' academic experience, support innovative teaching ideas, and expand upon existing educational programs.

Applicants will be notified of award receipt approximately four weeks after application due date.  For further information regarding award status, contact the Partnerships Department at 397-8599.

Innovation Grants

Northside Education Foundation Innovation Classroom Grant competitive grants are awarded to fund innovative classroom projects or programs. In its history, the foundation has awarded these grants of up to $1,000 that are aligned with the NISD Strategic Plan and the Campus Improvement Plans.

Mini Grants

Northside Educational Foundation Mini Grants have been awarded for many years to support student focused projects. The Mini Grant supports programs, up to $500, that ultimately benefit students in creative ways by offering innovative and enriching projects.

Team Grants

Northside Education Foundation Team Grants are awarded to fund classroom projects or programs. In its history, the foundation has awarded these grants of up to $10,000 that are aligned with the NISD Strategic Plan and the Campus Improvement Plans.
