Randy Neuenfeldt, Principal
Randy Neuenfeldt, and I am honored to be the new principal at Business Careers High School. I have spent my entire 10 year career in Northside ISD. Before coming to Business Careers, I served as the Vice-Principal at Communications Arts High School. I also had the privilege of teaching science at Taft High School.
I am very excited to join the Husky family and am proud to be a part of such a unique program with such a rich history.
Business Careers High School has been an elite magnet program for over 20 years and is ingrained as part of this community as a place where students are given opportunities and experiences that they cannot get anywhere else.
Being part of this small community of learners means that our students will be challenged. This requires that students be determined and diligent, parents be involved and supportive, and that we all offer the support necessary to help our students be successful and reach their goals.
I look forward to beginning this partnership with you and your family. When we work together, students do amazing things. I believe that there is no better place to cultivate the spirit of learning, to push oneself, and to achieve these high goals than Business Careers High School. GO HUSKIES!!!

Richard Stout, Vice Principal
Welcome! This is my seventh year in Northside ISD; currently the fourth year at Business Careers. My previous assignment as Campus Programs Coordinator was extremely rewarding and made for a seamless transition to the Vice Principal’s office. I look forward to continued service and success as your Vice Principal.
Prior to Northside, I worked in the Ysleta ISD in El Paso, Texas at Riverside High School for eight years, served in the United States Army and worked in private industry. These segments of my career launched me into the industrial-education complex. My academic pursuits were in applied statistics, mathematics, industrial engineering, and military science.
In the immortal, “Man in the Arena” speech by Theodore Roosevelt at the Sorbonne on April 23rd, 1910; it is also my hope to foster an environment where students accept challenges; for the true victors in life are the ones that dared to enter “In the Arena”.
