Randy Neuenfeldt, Principal
I am honored to be the principal at Business Careers High School. I have spent my entire 12 year career in Northside ISD. Before coming to Business Careers, I served as the Vice-Principal at Communications Arts High School. I also had the privilege of teaching science at Taft High School.
I am proud to be a part of such a unique program with such a rich history.
Business Careers High School has been an elite magnet program for over 20 years and is ingrained as part of this community as a place where students are given opportunities and experiences that they cannot get anywhere else.
Being part of this small community of learners means that our students will be challenged. This requires that students be determined and diligent, parents be involved and supportive, and that we all offer the support necessary to help our students be successful and reach their goals.
I look forward to beginning this partnership with you and your family. When we work together, students do amazing things. I believe that there is no better place to cultivate the spirit of learning, to push oneself, and to achieve these high goals than Business Careers High School. GO HUSKIES!!!

Jennifer Benavides, Campus Programs Coordinator
I am very honored to be the Programs Coordinator at Business Careers High School. I am a former graduate of Business Careers, which is why I am so excited to come back and be a part of such an elite magnet program that was able to set the foundation for my education and career. Before coming over to Business Careers I previously served as a teacher in the career and technology department at Brennan High School, where I also was the assistant softball coach. I also had the privilege to teach at Harlandale High School before coming to Northside.
The experience that I gathered while I attended Business Careers as a student has led me to advocate for such a strong magnet program that continues to challenge and push our students to be their very best - for the present and the future. I am the administrator for students with last names M-Z. My responsibilities include: Discipline, Attendance, Recruiting, Mentor Program, Laptop Initiative, Corporate Advisory Board, and coordinating all Academies that we offer here at Business Careers. I look forward to working with you and Go Huskies!
